So we have two Gods? Does that measure up with the Bible? I thought “One God” was a central message of Abraham and Jesus.

There’s a verse in the Quran about this. Al-Nur 24:35
Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The example of His light is like a niche within which is a lamp, the lamp is within glass, the glass as if it were a pearly [white] star lit from [the oil of] a blessed olive tree, neither of the east nor of the west, whose oil would almost glow even if untouched by fire. Light upon light. Allah guides to His light whom He wills. And Allah presents examples for the people, and Allah is Knowing of all things.

That is really beautiful.

• That would include all people during Abraham era too, because what’s communicated or will be communicated had already been finished, due to God is true time, out and in universe right?

‘This verse’ is not the best translation taken out of context. (You should read the whole epistle, all of the Gospels and all the rest of the epistles.) Two ‘alls’ in one sentence can be two different things.
 
This gets at the meaning better:

Just as everyone dies because we all belong to Adam, everyone [all] who belongs to Christ will be given new life.
