The only time God so say walks on the earth in the OT is in the Garden and there is no indication that He is anywhere or anything else. That is one of many points about taking that narrative as real. It isn’t! Later on His presence is deemed impossible to be seen without death, and certainly not walking around for all to see. I see no indication of God being in two places at once, rather He is everywhere at the same time (Which is not the same thing)
