The World Science Festival Schedule (NYC) for 2016 is up, and it looks really good. Some events are for the whole family. Not sure if I’ll be able to attend this year. Most of the programs are recorded, so you’ll be able to watch on their YouTube channel.
Several of the programs, including To Unweave a Rainbow: Science and the Understanding of Human Experience are being funded by the Templeton Foundation. And angry atheist Jerry Coyne isn’t happy about it and is fuming on his blog.
Are you surprised? Neither am I.
(btw, Happy Pentecost, everyone! It’s the traditional birthday of the Church.)
