They probably will also discredit 75% of medical doctors who believe miracles can happen. And take on far fetched explanations for the handful of modern miracles documented today.

Rationalization of myths to Extraordinary Natural Causes by a physicist is not science. You might as well ask the cat. Humphreys is part of a large minority of great scientists, including Hawking, who witlessly abuse their high, narrow positions to opine fallaciously beyond their bailiwicks. Because I can’t do tensor calculus I can’t call out Hawking when he’s talking garbage?
The oldest biblical records were written after years of oral histories. As time passed and the stories got longer the oral tellers telescoped the oldest by combining several events into one. (This is true of all oral histories studied.) The Hebrew oral history tellers were not intending to relate accurate history. Their intent was to remind their hearers that God had been involved in their history for many generations.
What does that mean birthing bricks?
I never heard about birthing bricks?
I’ve learn that in Egypt they build with stone so no need for straw.
In Indus Valley India they bake bricks, needing straw.
So could Exodus taken place from Indus Valley India and Moses led Hebrews to Yisrael?
I learn that Mount Sinai is located at Taftan Volcano In Iran

Hi riversea, that’s thousands of kilometres east of Sinai and would not have been known even by the Jewish Exile intelligentsia around 500 BCE, except as travellers’ tales from two thousand kilometres east of Babylon, in the Persian empire. The nearest eruption of it in time to the setting of the Exodus was 3,500 years before. The nearest volcano in time and space is Santorini, which could have had no influence on the story either.
Taftan is an example of the lamppost diversion. A drunk is clinging to a night time lamppost for support saying he’s looking for his car keys. He didn’t lose them there but it’s the only place that’s lit up.
Volcanoes certainly leave lasting folk memories, the oldest being Budg Bim.
So apparently, there was an birthing technique in Ancient Egypt that required the use of bricks that was described in The Bible; this gives at least some evidence that there were some Israelites (or Israelites to be) that had actually been in Egypt. This bit here isn’t a hill I’d be willing to die on in terms of evidence, as you will see below other ANE peoples did something similar, but it is interesting nonetheless
No straw whatsoever? At what time and place exactly?
Although that is a popular position, a lengthy oral history before writing is typical of certain cultures and not others. The ancient Near East was a highly literate one, given the invention of alphabetic writing. A high proportion of people would at least be able to read and write commercial records, and scribes and officials would have been much more skilled with reading and writing. Important events, prophecies, etc. were written down. Certainly there is a process of editing over the years - many of the Old Testament historical books explicitly mention sources, but the assumption that transmission was purely oral for long periods is not substantiated.
A semantic distinction - traditional oral histories are often intended to be accurate in their message but not precise. Misinterpreting them as modern-style just the facts history is inaccurate, however.
What is this word Legend, what style of communication is this, is Legend also similar to word program, but if Legend what to whom are the people called then, who tell this, so it’ll be a legend to be used later in new testament, is this similar to this word programmers?
Programmers program, is what word used back when, Legends are from people who continued so can be used, what are these people called then? What is this word? Programmers now are called what back when? Or when someone writes a fiction book are called what if this fiction book continues, but is Legend as it continues and is used a program? Are these words similar or not similar? Because many fiction books aren’t used in this same way? Yet what if there’s science history as well that caused all of this to be used, even if people think its Legend, if its used all of it, then is this legend science history is not the true time correct, as its still only what? Because what is true time?
Because how does Legend remain, while able to use later, what is this type of communication called from what people who’s placed in this to do, if not called as programmers, or what is this name called back when as this word programmers weren’t invented of yet? If this isn’t history at all?
Rock, ok, what is this rock?
Water, there’s a river near by to get water is there?
Yet you mention new testament, and I went to this website
What I understand is light in me I drink from, and that’s in my heart spirit a burn fire water., that’s spiritual food water., can you relate? Is this also what Moses and Hebrews also drink and understood spiritual water? But still what about physical water for physical body? There was physical Manna food., where is physical water easy for us to understand for history science, vs of only legend only, or only spiritual water only? Earth has locations to help understand right? What governs locations when having as Legends or explaining science history?
So yet - Exodus., how to physically drink water, surely there’s a river near by? If not how come there’s no river near by?
Or is there water under ground., how would you get water if you were in Exodus., would you be scared not able to physically drink water?
What went through the Hebrews mind when going to travel to Yisrael, were they at all concern how they will keep their physical body from getting thirsty?
How scared were the Hebrews and how prepared were the Hebrews, before leaving?
The Pharaoh did pay the Hebrews from their work right? What all did the Pharaoh paid in what ways?
Was any of that that the Hebrews gotten paid, was any of that used, to help the Hebrews, what items, then?
What things did the Hebrews bring with them?
So God fed them Manna and the Hebrews weren’t happy? So what all emotions did the Hebrews go through, while being honest how they felt?
How come Aaron didn’t go up the volcano to find Moses dead body, as Aaron thought Moses died right?
But Moses was alive though, so what brought Aaron to think that Moses died for, was it due to long time that Moses was up on the volcano?
If Aaron really loved Moses, wouldn’t Aaron go look for Moses up on the volcano., making sure Moses is ok?
Instead Aaron made a golden calf, so how come Aaron wasn’t at all concern about Moses?
How much gold is needed for this calf, how did they manage to make this calf less them 40 days?
How heavy is it to bring all this gold so then later can make this calf., was it many wagons full of gold bars, because if collecting gold from all the Hebrews to make golden calf to dance around, is that enough gold., how big was this calf?
Or did it take many wagons to pull, what would happen if one of the wheels fell off., or was there no wagons to pull, did the Hebrews carry everything, or did they bring any animals to help them carry things and gold?
Was there any places to buy things to help them on their way to Yisrael., or was there no places to go to to buy with their gold?
If knowing there’s no places to buy from., how come accept gold for payment from the Pharaoh, how come not ask for something else instead of gold., cause maybe the Pharaoh would had paid them with food instead of gold., if travel what good is gold?
Did Aaron bring with something to help mold this calf later on, if bringing something with to melt the gold in this mold, how many people knew that Aaron brought this mold with? Because didn’t a lot of Hebrews tell Aaron to make golden calf, then was this preplanned ahead of time to make golden calf because having tools to mold calf later? This is preplanned then? Or did Aaron carve this calf., but is it possible to carve less then 40 days, and how does one carve gold is that hard to do?
When many people died after this situation of golden calf, how many children were there without having parents and how did these children feel when finding this same golden calf at Canaanites country, that must of been extremely terrifying to deal with the same golden calf all over again., how did these children felt as they’re adults dealing with this same golden calf., that must of been extremely dramatic, due to the fact that the same idol was the reasoning their parents died, yet to arrive to location with same idol., how did that affect these children that are now adults dealing with this, what type of healing did they need to go through and what was their relationship like with YHWH going through this situation, as they didn’t have parents any more due to the first golden calf and now they have to kill many in Canaanites country due to this same golden calf, how did they manage to kill people, when their own parents were killed due to golden calf, how did these children who’s adults now deal with their emotions? My imagination really extremely goes in many directions, going into detail., I can’t imagine leaving home and travel for 40 years, if a person is 5 years old this person would be 45 years old arriving., that would mean if this person is 5 years old a girl., and this girl lost her parents due to golden calf, this girl would have children along the way to this country of the Canaanites, while knowing her husband who’s the father of her children now has to face this idol of a golden calf all over again, and order to kill these people., just like how this girl’s parents were killed due to this same idol, and her fears, tears, how is it that there’s a same idol all over again, how did that happen that there’s the same idol? What all did this girl as now adult go through, as my imagination is in Exodus? If a Legend surely we can add our own imagination as we explore Exodus and any history that is also., so if mix, what is Legend, what is science History, what is communication, what all is communication, through what? I allow light in me teach me, that’s communication, the living word lives in me who teaches me and I drink from, this water, that’s communication., what is communication? What all ways are we aware of all the ways to communicate?
Did Hebrews bring goats with them when traveling to Yisrael? If Hebrews brought goats with them, then Hebrews had goat milk to drink. So did Hebrews bring goats with them?
Americans foreign god idol Moloch owl located at 20601 Bohemian Avenue, in Monte Rio, California, United States: compare to the foreign god idol Moloch calf located at Canaanite’s country, what’s the changes from Hebrews reactions towards Moloch owl in America compare to Moloch calf in Canaanite, if Moloch has been put away how come Moloch is in America?

I’ll have to watch The Ten Commandments again , but pretty sure I heard goats when they were packing up. Yes I think they had goats and cattle as well. They had to for the required sacrifices. Goats don’t make a lot of milk in excess of their kids needs, Especially then, before selective breeding for milk goats. And butchering a goat was probably a rare event so sure they could not depend on goats for food on a prolonged desert journey.
My daughter and husband spent 4 years or so with a people group from Western Sahara, and they had goats around that ate table scraps and whatever they could find, which wasn’t much. If there was a big event, like the father coming home from a long trip, they might slaughter a goat.and invite the neighborhood to feast on it. No refrigerators or ice, so it had to be consumed essentially in one day. The same thing went when they slaughtered a camel, which were used quite a bit for meat animals, and of course, that too was spread through the community for consumption. My wife and I visited them there for a couple of weeks, and I never heard of them milking goats, but I they did milk camels. The goat were the typical Spanish goats, so tough, lean, and gamely.
Another problem is, camels are not kosher. Of course, dietary laws were not written until later, so who knows if they had camels. I think it is stated that Abraham had a lot of camels, but that also is problematic as there is no evidence camels had been domesticated at the time of Abraham.
