Yes(!), especially knowing what we know now through scripture. That changes appreciably what being with him then would be like, if we could. His disciples didn’t get him, and they weren’t dull (not all of the time, anyway 
). Most were simple men, but not low IQ, and they were with him pretty much all of the time. It’s not for nothing that Jesus said,
