I just listened to Russell Moore’s podcast with Francis Collins and found it touching. In it they discuss Collin’s new book, and touch on a lot of subjects that get tossed around here on the forum. It is refreshing to see and hear Moore and Collins reflect on these issues. The podcast includes links to Collin’s book, which I look forward to reading, once released on September 17.

The bit that hit me most was the idea that image fakes will be advanced enough in two years that someone could make a convincing video showing Collins and Fauci discussing how to strip away individual liberty using a vaccine! It struck me that this might b a solution to the Fermi Paradox: we have no evidence of other intelligent species because they all reached that point and their society collapsed because no one could tell truth from falsehood any more.
