How did the early church interpeted Revelation?Did the early christians really believed Jesus whould return in their lifetime?Did the churchfathers changed the doctrine after the persecution ended?And most importantly since its many symbolism how it was expected for the gentiles to understand this where its base is the OT symbolism which the gentiles had no idea about?
