Katharine Hayhoe is one of the most publicly visible climate scientists, but her public activism is not political. She is simply trying to get us talking more about the climate crisis.
She’s created some great resources for us all, so Jim made an effort to compile many of them into this article as a reference point for people.

Enjoyed the article. Katharine Hayhoe is one of my heroes. She really should have gotten a least a cape if not a full Captain Marvel outfit with her recent award (see her Facebook page for reference).
Having grown up near Lubbock, I appreciate her challenges. While the region is quite conservative, churches there have a moderate streak theologically, and the people tend to be fiercely independent, so that makes it a little easier.
Thanks for this great resource – I really appreciate her videos and the way she makes things so accessible.
