There’s no limit to how much younger my colleagues are getting. I discovered one of our new teachers had never heard of Calvin & Hobbes! My quick search of our humor forum for some favorites first turned up this one - which was the perfect one to introduce a young English teacher.

Yes, I am now working with some who have never seen or heard of (gasp) Princess Bride! And my kids think Petra, Jars of Clay, and others I thought were so avant-garde are hopelessly passe.
That’s pretty much the reason Watterson chose them - not a particularly positive assessment of human nature.
So this is funny, but it’s even funnier that some people legitimately believes this.
