New research casts doubt on Darwinian evolution of elves

This is brilliant. 
Pharmaceutical giant Genentech announced today that it was licensing Ezekiel’s vision of the valley of dry bones for an undisclosed number of shekels. Genentech intends to use the vision to market Boniva, its osteoporosis drug.
This might be too muchly inside humor to work. This is basically just coastal California humor and only applies in winter.
Given the selection of candidates to vote for in some races, that is not an entirely inappropriate response.
I may yet depending on whether a few of the more questionable candidates somehow win. But hey, if that’s the will the voters you have to respect it.
(Some outside of the U.S. may not get the irony/incongruity in kitty’s sticker or even know that today is election day here):

That presumes the politician has one.

My father added the -mi- to his sticker for 2016 and 2020. Our local slate wasn’t bad (my first year voting–by 4 days, so I actually paid attention to them).
This is your first vote? Yes? Congratulations!
Kinda of. North Carolina lets people who turn 18 before the main election vote in the primary, so I voted then as well as on Nov. 8, even though I only turned 18 four days ago.
