How do you find a Christian counselor/psychologist/psychiatrist?

You are talking about what is commonly called biblical counseling or nouthetic counseling which is often performed by people who only have seminary or Bible school degrees, not people who are licensed therapists. There are plenty of licensed mental health professionals who are Christians and offer who faith-based counseling, but from within recognized theoretical frameworks like cognitive behavioral therapy or EMDR trauma therapy.

I realize that. Of course there are Christians who have credentials in counseling. But the harmful and/or inept counseling is often considered “Christian Counseling” also. So people need to be careful. I’m thinking of “Love in Action,” the horrible place mentioned in “Boy Erased,” a heartbreaking book and movie.
