This form was posted in an NPR article as an example of something people asking for vaccine exemptions on religious grounds (objecting to the use of fetal cells in the development) are being asked to sign by their employers. I was not aware so many common medications were tested or developed with fetal cell lines and I’m sure it’s news to the vaccine hesitant as well.

Plus, I bet a lot of cosmetics are tested on them also. It would be ironic if those claiming to be free of animal testing were tested on fetal cell lines.
