If I understand Dr. Swamidass’s suggestion, it is that the scientific evidence would be consistent with a pre-Adamite human population, yet we all could trace our ancestry back to a recently created Adam and Eve. In this regard, Dr. Michael Heiser’s short discussion may be interesting.
