Funny but I just checked several English translations and they all say “shall die” or equivalent. Sorry but I trust those translators more than your biased one.
No that is a prophecy. So when does Jesus step on a literal serpent’s head?
Notice that Jesus could have said “in the beginning God created Adam and Eve” but he didn’t. He went with the generic male and female. It is my humble opinion that Jesus did that for a reason. In fact Jesus never directly referred to Adam and Eve by name.
I never said there was not a male and female created in the image of God. So Jesus and I do agree.
