Certain conservative groups are applying pressure to have NIH director Francis Collins fired! (Back when he was appointed, it was the militant atheists who were in an uproar.)

I think it could be possible to have certain conservative groups to want to put pressure to get an awful lot of people fired. It doesn’t exactly help when the major creation scientists are writing articles like these:
