I spent seven hours doing conservation work today, five hours two days ago, six the day before that, primarily aimed at dune building with the purpose of encouraging the dune line to move westward thus increasing natural habitat area, restoring the beach lost to ignorant development almost a century ago, and eventually stabilizing the west edge of a town that begins with 4th Street where it once had 3rd, 2nd, 1st, and Beach.
I’ll probably do six hours tomorrow as well, since I have the supplies available.
