Hi, I'm Alli! I'm so happy to have found this organization of like-minded Christians!

I'm 35 and a second-time student pursuing a double major in Medical Laboratory Science and Microbiology with a minor in Biochemistry. I was originally going for nursing, but absolutely fell in love with Biology and Chemistry during my prerequisites. My ultimate goal was/is to work for overseas humanitarian organizations, which I originally planned to do as a nurse and I now plan to do as a laboratory scientist! I also have a couple of patents and enjoy coming up with innovative new ideas, so even though it's not on my official "itinerary" for the future, it's possible I might also fuse humanitarian work/laboratory science/scientific knowledge together and find new ways to bring affordable laboratory services to under-served areas.

I'm confident this will be a place where I can be honest about areas where I have questions and pose them without judgement or reprisal because, going by the basis of this organization, I know people here understand and appreciate a questioning mind and an honest examination of areas where one does not have all the answers.
