WHen you can tell me precisely what difference a mutation makes physiologically we can discuss what evolution can do. Until then it is vague waffle.

Compare a human and a chimp. Compare their genomes. The differences between the genomes is responsible for the physical differences between humans and chimps. If you deny the link between genotype and phenotype, I can’t help you.
You aren’t actually saying anything of substance. You are just pestering people and acting all peeved all the time when people answer your questions. Just stop.
The foundational problem with ID claims about complexity is that they do not start with “what characterizes designed systems”? but rather with “biochemical systems are impressive; how do they resemble designed systems?” Complexity is not actually a good indication of intelligent design. Randomness is maximum complexity. As bureaucracy demonstrates, anyone can make things more complex; intelligence is needed to simplify.
