Theistic Evoltion is not a formal or scientific theory… There is no mechanism for it to be “defined”. No one has that authority.

Why wouldn’t you? He converted to Christianity as a young adult. He was head of the Human Genome Project and head of the NIH until very recently. He’s written multiple books on the intersection of Christianity and biology. Seems like just the person to take seriously.
