My motivation is fear. I am afraid to fail in reality due to my own stupidity. That’s why I am interested in everything but will carefully choose what to follow. I trust science when it’s about the physical world. I also think about non-physical things like sound judgment, good manner, belief etc. That’s one of the reasons I joined a group of people studying the Bible.
