Science supports creationism?

As I understand it, the earth’s radioactive elements were in fact formed in a very brief plasma event (a supernova). They cooled within seconds of the explosion and became part of a dust cloud. A star, our sun, formed out of the cloud, and as it formed planets (Mercury, Venus, etc.) also formed. The physicists who have worked through the equations and the models tell us that the radiometric ages are consistent with this process having occurred about 4.5 billion years ago.

You are trying to build a physics model, brother outrigger, without writing any equations or building a scientific model that explains a large body of data in a manner consistent with known laws of physics. No scientist would accept your statements without a model and some equations to back it up.

But never fear! With a little physics and elbow grease, you could draw up a model of stellar evolution that would be a better fit for the Sloan Digital Sky Survey data than the existing models which yield an age for the earth of 4.5 billion years. The SDSS data are open and available on Amazon. Write an Elastic MapReduce job and tell us what you find.
