Jesus is the Greek for the Hebrew Y’shua. In English it’s Joshua. It means “God saves” or “God is deliverance” (

Just to be clear, Jesus is the Greek transliteration of the Hebrew name. Yeshua, which is taken from the Sacred Name of God, YHWH, which is “My (God’s) Name forever.” Ex 3:15. It does mean YHWH saves, and as you might remember was chosen for Him by God the Father.

It is. If Allah and Yahweh were the same entity, One, the Other, or Both would reconcile Muslims and Jews–which ain’t happenin’ anyday now. Unless, of course, One, the Other, or both are fictional products of creative, human imagination, in which case: the atheists are right.
