That doesn’t sound at all feasible. This would require the capture of baryons released by each and every fusion reaction in the core of every star. This would also require the capture of every long wavelength photon, most of which are not useful for energy production.
Then why haven’t you opened a hospital where you cure all pediatric cancers?
