Yes, but limits are not the same as dictating the particular choice. There are indeed limits to my choices, but that is logically compatible with libertarian free choices.
And this is essentially what Calvin and all of us of similar mindset believe. “Total depraviry” means that our will has been so deeply corrupted by sin that there are significant limits to our choices… And we believe that genuine repentance, and saving faith and belief, are as impossible for one so corrupted as the aforementioned inability to simply believe what we know to be false. In that sense, the will is not “free”, rather, it is in bondage. But this doesn’t dictate any particular choice.
those limits do not dictate any particular choice a human makes, within those limits. Within those limits, a human is free to choose absolutely anything they want to do, be anything they want to be, make any choice whatsoever available to them.
