I don’t think there was any “luring” of angels, but that those 1/3 of the angles were simply under Lucifer’s command and authority. I frankly think angels just do what they are told.
I certainly do not believe in any war in heaven (or angels rebelling against God) before Adam and Eve. Genesis 2-3 is the Bible’s explanation for the beginning of evil, including when the angel became our adversary.
