While I appreciate the time you spent on your comment, my question is the right question. It’s not answered by posing a question like “ has good handed me over to the son and so on and so forth confidence.”
My question is definitely about free will. When we ask about why does god allow differing and evil we are typically told because we have free will and god wants us to freely choose him. So since free will exists that means we can choose good or evil.
Then we are told sin is gone in heaven. So that means we can’t choose evil. That means all that we can choose is good. If that’s all we can choose and creation can carry on like that, why not just do that in the first place since it’s possible. So how does free will work in that kind of scenario.
So free will on earth makes sense but not in the light of its being removed for the restored universe.
Is it a restored universe or just the human idealistic one?

Based off the terminology in the Bible it’s a restored one to the point of being recreated in some fashion.
This question is more for the concept of others. I don’t really believe much in any afterlife and I think that whatever it is, whatever the new universe is, we are already in it. So once the Bible is ambiguous on it, and showcases different views of the afterlife, it seems they also did not particularly understand it and coupling that with the fact none of us can experience it I actually don’t care or think about it hardly at all. I’m mostly curious how others answer it. My answer is… no body knows and it’s not important because it will be what it is and you’ll be dead and experience it however you experience it along with the rest of us in whatever, if anything, comes next”
I don’t even believe that Jesus physically rose from the dead. I think God did something with his body just like I think he did something with the body of Moses and it’s the same idea as portrayed with Elijah or Enoch. I think at best he died and his spirit was resurrected and appeared as Vision to others and that our bodies also die and stay dead.
The truth and reality of the resurrection are central to the Christian faith. If God cannot achieve some sort of resurrection then basically the afterlife is cancelled. It is representative of His power over life and death
Maybe that does not matter to you, but it sort of does to many if not all Christians.

Well I’m a Christian and no it does not matter to me.
But as mentioned, if the resurrection is real I don’t particularly have any reason to think it’s a literal physical resurrection.
1 Corinthians 15:42-49
New American Standard Bible
42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown a perishable body, it is raised an imperishable body; 43 it is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power; 44 it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body. 45 So also it is written: “The first man, Adam, became a living person.” The last Adam was a life-giving spirit. 46 However, the spiritual is not first, but the natural; then the spiritual. 47 The first man is from the earth, earthy; the second man is from heaven. 48 As is the earthy one, so also are those who are earthy; and as is the heavenly one, so also are those who are heavenly. 49 Just as we have borne the image of the earthy, we will also bear the image of the heavenly.
But the fact that God was willing to fill up a man with his Holy Spirit and walk among us as one of us is enough for me. It speaks of a god who truly wants to be with us. If all things can be attributed to some kind of behind the scenes supernatural event then God allowing be to be alive at the same time as my pets is more than enough for me to worship him.
Or that it was/is so far beyond human language they struggled to describe it. As an example, how is the term “the Lamb of God” to be translated for a culture that never saw a sheep?

To me it’s one and the same. It’s ambiguous and it’s something we can’t experience.

Not a lot of earth science. But science is often used as “soft science” such as political science, social sciences and in this case, literature analysis such as tropes and so on.
