Of course it has its place, but not on a pedestal, unless it’s the cross. I’m not at all happy that Jesus had to die for me, but I rejoice in it.
Don’t. You sound like you might want to keep a rotting corpse in your bedroom, for goodness’ sake. And you don’t ever weep at a funeral.
I’d normally have a lot to say about this! But for now, I am so zonked by the booster, my wife has ordered dead pig, wheat sperm and cow secretion (pizza) and then I need to sleep, but, I will try to remember to come back to this.
