Big topic, Olu. At “creation” I imagine that would be the moment of the Big Bang…no humans around at that point.

Your original topic was whether or not there were other humans on earth before God created Adam and Eve…and now you want to know why Cain worried about someone killing him once he was banished from God’s presence. Good question …..the nature of the original topic is that a lot of stuff happened at Creation and it happened long before the Universe got around to “Adam” and “Eve”. Good question about Cain’s question to God. It does seem to imply that there were other human beings around. And people have postulated a range of scenarios that might explain that one. The text mentions that Cain did eventually find a wife, father a range of children….all of whom were fallen human beings like the rest of us.
