We know that the Sun rises and sets in the heaven’s and according to scripture makes its “circuit”. The word circuit infers an orbit from one point to the original point. We know that the Sun does not orbit the earth but the reverse of course.

Psalm 19:6 is clearly phenomenological, if not outright geocentric. It certainly does not refer to anything other than the visible course of the sun. It ‘appears’ to rise at one end of the sky and set at the other end.
