I thought this was interesting. Biologos has reported on this before, with Dr Collins weighing in. I can see how controversial this topic can be. I guess it behooves us all to realize that there are two sides (or more) to every question.
Very interesting but apparently already strongly suggested by previous data. For me, this is a secondary issue with the germline editing stunt, but it does highlight how reckless and irresponsible that stunt really was.
