Are there institutes that deal with the history of the science-religion interface?

I found the Ian Ramsey Centre at Oxford but wondered what else there might be in the world as far as institutes that deal with either the past history or present state of the interface?

Well, everyone who teaches in Science & Religion usually includes a historical section in their work. For example, I have sections on Geology & the Flood, the Galileo Affair, and Darwin’s religious evolution.
