An anti-ID argument I get tired of hearing: "Only motivated by Apologetics"

AMWolfe…Thanks for the good thoughts, and also the observations. You are right in your concluding statement. I visit not-too-often but have had reason to “wonder” where some are coming from. Still and all, some interesting discussions and viewpoints.

I frequently use ID to support my personal belief that the existence of God is indisputable; and more specifically, that it supports EC as a more viable explanation of the process God used to create man; especially since the specific “method” is not mentioned in Genesis. Though we’ll probably never understand the process completely, it makes a lot more sense than the assumption that creation was an instantaneous event; especially to those who have studied Anthropology and Geology.

I completely agree! I can’t begin to explain how sick I am of that. Or people saying “you’re not truly a Christian because you accept Evolution.”
